What keeps a mailbox from stopping

  1. One mail per case — every file of the case in that one mail (both challans, the calculation), never two mails a minute apart.
  2. Reply, not Reply to all — the person who asked, and in Cc only the one or two the bank needs. Every To and Cc counts: 5 mails to 10 people count as 50.
  3. Orange or red here? Send what cannot wait from another team account set to “Send mail as” this address (Gmail ⚙ → See all settings → Accounts → Send mail as → Add another email address), with this address in Bcc so the case keeps its record. The bank sees the same address and its replies still come here.
  4. Stopped? Do not try again — every try only comes back. It opens by itself within 24 hours.

Google's limits in any 24 hours — a Google Workspace account: 2,000 mails, 10,000 people written to, 3,000 outside addresses, 2,000 different outside people. A Gmail account: about 500. Google may change them without notice.
