Calculator

Pick the bank, type the loan amount — the exact government fees and ours, the same figures the quote and challan use.

Replaces the Excel calculator's per-bank tabs — same figures, never stale, slab-aware. Per-bank DHC and service fee come from the engine's bank table.

Co-pilot setup — GRAS + IGR e-filing one-time, per browser

Paste these two into the extension's options (right-click its icon → Options), then reload the GRAS challan page or the IGR e-filing page. The same extension fills both: the challan on GRAS, and the filing's four pages on efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in.

Ops app URL https://ezdocs.co.in
Co-pilot token 94d5c9a69642e605316186365896e900

Treat the token like the team password: it lets a browser read case data. It changes only when the ops password is rotated.

On a phone (or any browser with the co-pilot): one tap puts the URL and the token into the co-pilot.

How the team types the boxes

Your own conventions for every box of the challan and the e-filing, in your own words — a shop's number with its word, G for the ground floor, the district in the city box, MOUJE for a plot. EzDocs reads this text on every case — when it fills the boxes, composes the challan and checks the page back; it outranks the examples of past filings. Add a line whenever the team types something a certain way; no release is needed. Not yet saved by the team — the seeded text below is in force.

plain words, one convention per line; an empty box restores the seeded text

The banks' windows

What every bank's window shows of the NOI team's own time — the turnaround card, "our time" under a case's stage, the turnaround on a case page, "where the time goes" by region and the time columns of the MIS export. It is still measured for every case; the window shows it only when this is on. Whose court a case is in, the ageing and the late list stay either way.

now: not shown
Every case, bank by bank — the window as the bank's central team sees it (the NOI team only; every case, branch by branch), and who at the bank signs in:

The team's master sheet (per bank)

The bank's window opens on the numbers a senior person reads — total cases, Index II shared, pending at the SRO, documents pending — for a period against the period before, and they must match the team's own count. The app has held cases since 1 September; the months before live in the team's Excel. Upload that workbook here (a sheet per month: DATE, PARTY NAME, LAN, TOKEN, STATUS, BRANCH, REGION). v420 — each day is counted from ONE record: the sheet for the days it covers (up to its last dated row, never past the day before it was loaded), the app's live cases for every day after — never both, so the window's numbers are the sheet's own. An arrow is drawn only against a period the records cover. The categories are read off the STATUS words the way the sheet's own summary adds them up.

Regions & branches (per bank)

The bank's own bifurcation — Final Branch → Final Region → Business Region, as its regional office sends it. The bank's window shows every case by region and by business region from this table, and the age of what is still pending for e-filing. A case's branch is what the window's form said, else its RM's branch from the bank's people; a branch not in this list is shown as such on the window so it can be added here.

E-filing details (per bank)

The IGR e-filing's Mortgagee Details page fills the whole bank block — name, address, MICR, TAN, the person who signs and their address — from the bank's login profile and locks it; the co-pilot types only the loan and the interest rate there. What is saved here is what the co-pilot checks the open login against before anything is saved on a filing (the wrong bank's login is caught), and the rest it reads off the portal at the first real filing on each bank. The MICR and TAN of the ICICI, PNB and Sammaan logins were read off the real site (v331); the bank's own PAN is the GRAS challan's Second Party PAN. These are kept in the bank's own record and never leave it.

Not seen yet: MICR, TAN, the bank's name, its office address, the signer, the signer's address — the next real filing on this bank's login saves them by itself: the portal fills that block from the login and locks it, and the co-pilot reads the whole value out of the page. (A screenshot shows only what fits in the box, which is why these were left empty rather than half-typed.)
