Named sign-ins — the enterprise way: no shared link
Each person at the bank signs in with a one-time code to their work e-mail at https://ezdocs.co.in/w/hinduja_hfl (the code comes by mail from this bank's desk mailbox and works for 10 minutes; the device stays signed in for 30 days). Roles: admin — the central team: every case, branch by branch, and the Users page · viewer — every case, read-only · branch — its own branch, by salesperson · rm — the salesperson's own cases. Anyone with the allowed domain signs in by themselves as an RM (their own cases); make the central people admin here, the branches on the bank's Users page. Open the window as the central team → (the NOI team only).

The shared link — the numbers only; switch it off once people sign in
Since v457 the shared link shows the bank's NUMBERS — the summary, the graphs, the counts — and no case: its Case details tab asks for a sign-in, and it opens only a case that browser itself added through its form. Every case is seen by signing in.
