The work is done — our fee of ₹38,460 is still not in our account. Chase the branch for it.
1 difference(s) between the papers to look at once — none stops the challan. See them →
NEXT STEPwaiting on the branch
Wait for the branch's Index II, then file the NOI
The challan is paid.
The branch has not sent the title document (the Index II of the sale deed, or the sale deed) — the e-filing starts from its document number. The engine asked for it with the challan mail and asks again every few days. In hand? Upload it under ⋯ → Papers.
Before opening the portal, the engine sees:
• Mortgagor pages: TUCSON INTERNATIONAL is named on the sanction letter (SANCTION LETTER (8).pdf) but the case holds no card of theirs — a page is typed for them from the letter; their PAN and birth date come off their own PAN card
• payment NOT verified — office rule: no filing before credit
• PROPERTY NOT VERIFIED — open the case's Details & records, check the English boxes against the title document, save a correction if needed. e-filing makes this a government record.
• no challan GRN on the case — upload the paid challan first (its GRN fills the payment page)
• TUCSON INTERNATIONAL: PAN missing — no PAN card of TUCSON INTERNATIONAL is read on the file — the PAN cards on it (NARGIS ATHAR KHAN, KYC APPLICANT CO APPLICANT.pdf; MOHAMMED SHAIKH, KYC APPLICANT CO APPLICANT.pdf) are beside the form; type the PAN off the person's own card
• TUCSON INTERNATIONAL: birth date missing — no PAN card of TUCSON INTERNATIONAL is read on the file — the PAN cards on it (NARGIS ATHAR KHAN, KYC APPLICANT CO APPLICANT.pdf; MOHAMMED SHAIKH, KYC APPLICANT CO APPLICANT.pdf) are beside the form; type the birth date off the person's own card
How — one e-filing tab, the co-pilot fills
Press the button; switch to the e-filing tab you are already logged into — the next page there fills by itself. One e-filing tab only: the portal keeps one session per login. Not logged in yet today? open the portal. The co-pilot creates the token from the Date of Mortgage, opens each page and fills it, checked by EzDocs; you check, do photo and thumb, press each Save and the final submit. Then press Filed on IGR so the branch hears it. New to it? Rehearse on the practice copy.

By law ₹38,449.99. We ask ₹38,460 (rounded up to ₹10 — our rule).
why?
The NOI team's calculator rounds every percentage row UP to the next ₹10 with a ₹5 buffer, so a challan can never be a rupee short at the SRO counter. The exact figures stay recorded for the cross-check.
