why?
The branch paid the statutory figure with the DHC its table prints (₹300) — the ₹20 DHC margin and our round-ups are the buffer. Rule (boss, 4 Sep): everything above the real calculation — government + DHC ₹300 + our fee — up to our rounded-up ask is the NOI team's own buffer (the ₹10 round-ups, the ₹20 DHC margin), never a short payment; anything below the real calculation is short. The screenshot is still a claim: money counts only on the credit SMS or a person's Verify.
Paid by GPay at 2026-07-27 — verified when Google's NEFT lands in the PNB account (within hours).
This money went to the Google Pay Business account on the Samsung (ThinkBigz). That ear is working (last reached us 13 Oct 08:24 — 81 h ago), so the alert for THIS payment never fired — check that the macro is listening to that app.
