A screenshot is the branch's claim, not money seen — and this claim is short of what the case needs. It is ₹22,935 below the real calculation of ₹31,985 (government + DHC + our fee) — so it is short whatever the buffer. The NOI team's 'short amount' letter asks for the balance with the table.
