why?
The branch paid the statutory figure with the DHC its table prints (₹300) — the ₹20 DHC margin and our round-ups are the buffer. Rule (boss, 4 Sep): everything above the real calculation — government + DHC ₹300 + our fee — up to our rounded-up ask is the NOI team's own buffer (the ₹10 round-ups, the ₹20 DHC margin), never a short payment; anything below the real calculation is short.
