The challan is paid.
The branch has not sent the title document (the Index II of the sale deed, or the sale deed) — the e-filing starts from its document number. The engine asked for it with the challan mail and asks again every few days. In hand? Upload it under ⋯ → Papers.
Before opening the portal, the engine sees:
• payment NOT verified — office rule: no filing before credit
• NO PROPERTY on file — the property page cannot be filled
• no people extracted — mortgagor page cannot be filled
• no challan GRN on the case — upload the paid challan first (its GRN fills the payment page)
How — one e-filing tab, the co-pilot fills
Press the button; switch to the e-filing tab you are already logged into — the next page there fills by itself. One e-filing tab only: the portal keeps one session per login. Not logged in yet today? open the portal. The co-pilot creates the token from the Date of Mortgage, opens each page and fills it, checked by EzDocs; you check, do photo and thumb, press each Save and the final submit. Then press Filed on IGR so the branch hears it. New to it? Rehearse on the practice copy.
