Kiran Laxman Chavan — the challan, as the co-pilot will type it

NOI-2026-03046 · PNB Housing Finance Ltd (PHFL Home Loans) · the e-filing’s verification page →
STOP — DO NOT PAY THIS CHALLAN YET
the last reading of this whole file found: Loan amount missing on papers. A fresh reading is being made; open the case page in a minute.
NOT FILLED YET — and why
Loan Amount, Stamp Duty, Registration Fee — the papers do not settle the loan amount — There are no papers on the file printing any loan figures. Decide it on the challan page.
Mobile Number of Payer — the sanction letter prints no mobile number for the borrower. Copy it from the KFS or the branch's mail (the receipt SMS goes there).
LOOK AT THE MARKED BOXES BEFORE THE CHALLAN
Filled — address written from the sanction letter (PNB_HFL's rule); payer from the case's name; office the office the team picked for NARA (2 of 2 challans there) — this way was right on 25 of 48 of NAGPUR's challans; 1 change from the main paper, each with its reason (in blue). The co-pilot types exactly what this page shows. Every box came from the papers (the source is under it); change one only when the paper says otherwise — your words are kept, recorded with your name, typed as written, and still read against the papers.
