Dear Kavita,

We already informed you during the banking portal training that the portal accepts a single challan for both 0.3% and 0.5%, OR it accepts one single 0.3% challan for the complete loan amount and one separate 0.5% challan for the registration fees.

It is now not possible to add two different 0.3% challans in the banking portal.

Dear Rashmi Ma'am,

The said case is Balance Transfer (BT) + Top-up case.

NOI challans have already been generated through Law Veritas.

Since, this is a BT + Top-up case, two separate challans are generated —one for the BT amount and another for the Top-up amount.

Law Veritas is currently experiencing issues processing the NOI through the banking portal as there are two challans.

Please check whether NOI can be processed through banking portal in the said case
