why?
The branch paid the bank's own written total. Rule (boss, 4 Sep): everything above the real calculation — government + DHC ₹300 + our fee — up to our rounded-up ask is the NOI team's own buffer (the ₹10 round-ups, the ₹20 DHC margin), never a short payment; anything below the real calculation is short. The screenshot is still a claim: money counts only on the credit SMS or a person's Verify.
This payment is from the Vyapar QR (HDFC) at 2026-08-27 — EzDocs cannot hear this road. Please verify manually. Verify manually ↓

why?
