why?
A screenshot is the branch's claim, not money seen — and this claim is short of what the case needs. It is ₹840 below the real calculation of ₹60,900 (government + DHC + our fee) — so it is short whatever the buffer. The NOI team's 'short amount' letter asks for the balance with the table.
This money went to our account on the Samsung (ThinkBigz). That ear is working (last reached us 15 Oct 16:27 — 1 h ago), so the alert for THIS payment never fired — check that the macro is listening to that app.

The challan is paid. Open the e-filing portal — log in, and the NOI Co-pilot takes it from there: it types the Date of Mortgage (the portal creates the token right then, and it is written on this case), opens each page as the portal turns it yellow, picks every list with EzDocs and reads every page back against the case before it says “filled”. You check, do photo/thumb, and press each Save and the final submit. Then press this so the branch knows — it is what they chase when they ask for the token.
The branch has not sent the title document (the Index II of the sale deed, or the sale deed). The e-filing on the IGR site starts from its document number — district, SRO, year, number — so the filing cannot begin. EzDocs asked for it with the challan mail and asks again every few days; the NOI’s own Index II comes only after the filing. If the paper is in hand, upload it under All documents and the case becomes our move by itself.
Before opening the portal, EzDocs sees:
