1Pay the challan on GRAS, then upload it here

Pay on GRAS — the NOI Co-pilot box there fills the form from the case number, and the full walkthrough with the exact figures appears at the top of this page the moment everything is clear (documents in, money verified). EzDocs reads the GRN off the uploaded PDF, re-checks every figure and name, and writes the bank mail. (If the direct page complains, start at gras.mahakosh.gov.in and click through.) The challan, as it will be typed — the GRAS form with the papers beside it; correct a box there when a paper says otherwise.

2File the NOI on the IGR site, then tell the branch

then switch to the e-filing tab you are already logged into — the next page there fills by itself. One e-filing tab only: the portal keeps one session per login, so a second tab (or the front page again) logs the first out. Not logged in yet today? open the portal (its front page logs you in afresh — and logs out any other e-filing tab).
The NOI Co-pilot creates the token from the Date of Mortgage, opens each page in the portal's own order and fills it, checked by EzDocs. Press this the moment you submit — the branch hears the NOI team's own words: “filed on the IGR site, once deface we will share with you”.

3Send the downloaded e-filing copy

When the eFilingDoc… PDF is in hand — the token is read from the file and the branch mail is written. The DHC's PRN is read off the same copy.
